Job description

As a Support Officer, you will:

  • Provide technical support to users of computers and applications, including hardware, general software, and our proprietary software programs.
  • Offer first and second line support.
  • Initially attempt to resolve issues directly, provide appropriate referrals, or arrange for an on-site technician if necessary.
  • Handle problem reports or inquiries submitted by customers via phone or email, and respond accordingly.
  • Document issues and the solutions implemented.
  • Manage warranty requests for hardware problems and follow up on them.
Profile
  • You hold an IT-related degree and may already have relevant experience.
  • You possess strong knowledge in:
    • Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
    • Microsoft 365
    • Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
    • Firewalls (Checkpoint), networks, and printers
    • Installation, configuration, and repair of PCs, servers, and networks
    • Proficiency in both Dutch and French is essential.
  • You are customer-oriented, communicative, eager to learn, capable of working autonomously, and team-oriented.
