Description de fonction
- Follow Global IT Service Management processes (when published), including change, incident, problem, service level, knowledge, and request fulfillment management.
- Collaborate with IT staff, service providers, and end-users to maintain the company’s core infrastructure.
- Provide level 2 or 3 support for global core infrastructure issues within defined SLAs and OLAs.
- Participate in on-call rotation to troubleshoot incidents outside of business hours.
- Ensure uptime, resilience, and performance of core infrastructure.
- Assist in managing and planning capacity for core infrastructure, including storage environments.
- Create and maintain documentation for technical procedures and policies related to core infrastructure.
- Work with project teams, providing technical expertise and assisting in task planning and execution.
- Stay updated on core infrastructure industry standards and best practices, making recommendations for technology roadmap.
- Implement and monitor security solutions in accordance with company's Information Security Framework.
- Perform additional duties assigned by Manager, Global Core Infrastructure.
Votre profil
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years’ experience managing datacenter systems in large enterprises.
- Leadership skills with understanding of business capabilities and processes.
- Broad industry experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing sector.
- Ability to assess datacenter trends and implement hardware/software standards.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for global support.
