IT Functional analyst / Project coordinator

As part of our strong growth, we are currently looking to hire an IT Functional analyst/project coordinator. In this newly created role, you will be the first point of contact for various business divisions  such as Finance, HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing, …

You will have the following responsibilities:

- Discuss and analyze internal business requirements and processes

- Act as the single point of contact between the different stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

- Demonstrate effective communication, including status reporting, continual risk assessment and escalation, and resolution of issues as they arise

- Liaise with external IT partners to help you create the deliverables promised to the business stakeholders.

- Ensure high quality of deliverables within the approved scope, cost & timeline (Project coordination)

- Become an expert on all applications used by the company and be the point of contact for evolution of these applications.

- In collaboration with the IT Manager, propose all a roadmap for all applications within your portfolio.

Profile:

- You have a master degree in IT (or equivalent through experience)

- You have excellent communication skills in ( Dutch / French & English )

- You have at least 3-10 years of relevant experience as IT Business analyst or Functional analyst

- Strong IT background as a generalist in Software development

- You have experience in coordinating external IT partners and challenging commercial proposals

- You have an analytical mind

- You are a team player but also able to work independently
