Job description
  • As IT Support, your main responsibility will be to answer calls from our employees on various issues with their PC and internal applications and to give them the right solution. You will follow all the intervention into the American parent company helpdesk reporting tool.
  • You will follow daily processes to perform imports into various programs
  • You will prepare laptops and mobile phone for new employees and give them a short training on our IT policy.
  • In case of an employee’s termination, you will block access and reconfigure the laptop.
  • You will give support to the IT Team within the preparation of several reports for the American parent company.
  • You will manage the databases of the different internal applications and update them with the data of the different suppliers.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within a middle-sized company
  • Knowledge of Windows environnment, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Networks,...
  • Knowledge in C++,  Java programming, and SQL is a plus
  • Bilingual in French and English and knowledge of Dutch is a plus
