HR BI & Reporting analyst 

The HR BI & Reporting Analyst : 

  • Develops, feeds and maintains HR reports and  dashboards.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for the development of HR data models and identifies the needs and demands of the HR organization and prepares the relevant sets of data and reports.
  • Develops and maintains the HR data model and ensures that there is only one master data source for each HR process.
  • Assists  HR specialists by designing custom reports and providing background data.
  • Performs regular HR data audits and reports issues to be corrected.
  • Understands the HR data privacy policy and establishes rules for accessing data from different HRMS modules and HR data.
  • Participate in various HR projects and provide source data for analysis within the project team.
  • Cooperates with specialists from other departments, as HR data is linked to other data in the organization.
Profile

Your profile

  • You hold Master or Bachelor degree in IT, or similar by experience
  • Strong experience in Data Acquisition , setting up Data pipelines ideally for an HR environment.
  • Good knowledge of SQL, PowerBI (or another data mining language)
  • First experience of 3-4 years in a similar function
  • Excellent analytical , presentation  & communication skills
  • Good Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English, French or Dutch
